I adore Southern Weddings! We were excited to share and be a part of the Home Town Celebration editorial from their tenth anniversary issue, inspired by Laurel, Mississippi! I was able to help Emily from SW with the planning and design process. A little BTS story, I was born and raised in Laurel, Mississippi.
My whole family is from and lives in Laurel, Mississippi. My grandfather and cousin were two of the models from the shoot along with my mom's childhood best friend and her family. I also asked my best friend from high school mom, dad, and sister to be models as well. It meant so much for them to come out and support us during the shoot and with our small business.

Fun story : that is my grandfather to the left at the end with his cowboy boots. He only wears them to his family's weddings. They are extra special!
